Air Zimbabwe has initiated a recruitment drive for twelve flight attendant positions within its Flight Operations Department. The national carrier is seeking individuals to enhance its in-flight customer service, ensure passenger safety and security, and manage cabin equipment and bar stock. Successful candidates will also be responsible for assisting passengers during boarding and disembarking, preparing the cabin for various flight phases, and providing first aid when required.
Applicants must possess a minimum of five ‘O’ Level passes, including Mathematics and English, and be between 18 and 25 years of age. While a Public Relations or Marketing qualification or prior customer-facing experience is advantageous, a mandatory requirement includes at least two years of experience in a front-line office or an equivalent role. Candidates must also pass Aviation Medical examinations, demonstrate excellent communication skills, good eyesight, and proficiency in English, Shona, Ndebele, or other indigenous languages.
The airline specifies that the offered salary will align with its C4 grade scale.
