Jetstar Launches Early Easter Sale with Over 115,000 Discounted Flights

Jetstar has announced an "Early Easter Sale," replacing its traditional Christmas sale, offering over 115,000 discounted flights. This initiative provides Australians with opportunities for affordable travel, with domestic fares starting from $38 and international routes to destinations like Bali from $149. The sale targets travel periods from January to mid-December 2026 for domestic flights and January to late March 2026 for international journeys. The promotional fares include domestic routes such as Sydney to Ballina Byron for $38, Gold Coast to Sydney for $56, and Newcastle to Melbourne for $57. For international travel, flights to Bali are available from Perth for $149, Melbourne for $199, Adelaide for $209, and Brisbane for $229. The sale commenced at 12:01 AM on Thursday, December 12 (or midday Wednesday, December 11 for Club Jetstar members), and is scheduled to conclude on Monday, December 15, or earlier if allocations are exhausted. Jetstar Chief Executive Stephanie Tully highlighted the airline's preparedness for the upcoming peak travel season. She noted that this period marks their largest yet, with expanded network destinations, new aircraft additions, and anticipation of their busiest summer flying schedule ever. Tully affirmed that Jetstar has deployed additional team members both on the ground and in the air to ensure safe and timely customer journeys.
